Customer Care
It is important to us that we provide quality products to our consumers. We spent three plus years researching the herbs that we use and testing our herbal infusion blends on countless willing "samplers" who, in turn, trusted us to do what we aimed to do. Shipping & Returns
All orders will be shipped within two (2) business days of the order being placed. The product ship date will serve as the date of purchase. You may return any unopened item purchased from DCIAT for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund of product cost only (shipping & handling fees are non-refundable). You are responsible for carefully packaging the product for return and for the cost of the return shipping. We must physically receive the returned product within the thirty (30) day period. DCIAT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
